We can’t thank James Brown and his incredible team enough for the outstanding catering at our wedding. From the very beginning, James was a joy to work with—professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate about creating an unforgettable experience for us and our guests. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor—from the canapés to the main courses and the brownies as part of the dessert. So many of our guests told us it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding (and we completely agree!). Not only was the food amazing, but the service was seamless and full of warmth—every detail was taken care of with care and precision. James, thank you for going above and beyond to make our day so special. Your creativity, organization, and culinary talent played such a big part in making it all unforgettable. James, Becky, Holly and the team did an absolutely fantastic job at our wedding! For such a special day you need an extra special team to make it happen. And that’s certainly what we got with Nomad. From start to finish the day ran so smoothly and the food was sensational. We’ve received so many thankyou letters since our wedding and every one complimented on the food, both meat and vegetarian options. Every single guest was looked after and never had an empty glass. Despite a rain shower in the evening the wood fired pizzas were a total success and special thanks to James’ sister for her incredible drawing of the dogs. Buy your wedding dress a size up so you can make the most of this food! Nomad catered our wedding and wow did they provide. All the food was absolutely delicious, from the pizza van the night before, to the canapés, main meal and the incredible mac and cheese bar at the end of the night - it was absolutely faultless. Begging my friends to book these guys for their weddings now so I can treat myself all over again. 10/10
